About Jonny Swift

A brief introduction to me

Ey up, and welcome to my website!

As you can probably guess from the name, I’m Jonny Swift, a freelance Digital Marketing Consultant from Leeds.

I’m originally from Barnsley, though my accent’s more broad Yorkshire (I had to perfect it after everyone kept pointing it out at uni!).

I’ve worked in performance marketing for the past 7 years, and for the last 2 I’ve focused purely on SEO and PPC management. It’s the part I love most because, when done right, it directly benefits others. That’s exactly what made me want to go freelance.

I launched Jonny Swift PPC in March 2025 while still working full-time at instantprint (shout out to those guys). I’ve always wanted to build something of my own and this lets me do that, while helping other businesses across the world do the same.

Originally, I offered our services solely for PPC (hence the website name), but now I also help businesses with SEO.

Some fun facts about me:

  • I’ve got a degree in Digital Media Production from Sheffield Hallam

  • I’ve been to over 30 countries

  • I create content about digital marketing across all social platforms

  • I’ve got a weird fear of mascots (don’t ask)
